For the past 7 years I've had the privilege of working at Iridio Seattle on the Costco Cookbook project. I get to work with wonderful people and yummy foods in a creative atmosphere. How could it get any better?! They give the cookbook out the day after Thanksgiving at Costco stores.

Flying Chef Christian Reisenegger
On a recent shoot for Turkish Airlines, I got to work with Head Chef for Flying Foods. He's famous in Istanbul and beyond. He was great to work with on this crazy shoot (3 classes, full-on food, two days, two still crews and one video crew...about 70 people in this production). RBA Productions make it look easy...
My assistants and I work out of a motorhome. Much of the food was prepared in bulk by Flying Foods then chef plated it.
